These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by MCA Sales Consultancy ("MCA"). By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services
MCA provides LinkedIn-based sales consultancy services designed to help businesses optimize their client acquisition processes. Our services include LinkedIn outreach and connection management, follow-up message creation and scheduling, LinkedIn account management and content strategy, coordination of video calls with prospective clients, as well as analytics and performance reporting.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client of MCA, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for service delivery. You must also comply with LinkedIn’s terms and conditions, as well as its usage policies. Additionally, you are expected to ensure timely communication to facilitate the effectiveness of our services.
3. Payment
Service fees will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to you, and payments are due according to the terms specified in the agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension of services. Please note that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Confidentiality
MCA is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, including sales strategies, proprietary data, and personal or business information. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including content, messaging strategies, and account optimizations created by MCA, remains the property of MCA unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.
6. Termination
You may terminate our services at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in the service agreement. Similarly, MCA reserves the right to terminate services if you violate these Terms or engage in unethical or non-compliant behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
While MCA strives to deliver high-quality and results-oriented services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. MCA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or losses incurred due to reliance on our services or advice.
8. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold MCA harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of our services, violations of these Terms, or breaches of LinkedIn's policies.
9. Changes to Terms
MCA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
